New - How to manage bank account - Vericle records reconciliations
The process of payment reconciliation is complex, yet vitally important
since you, the provider, is the only party with access to both Vericle and
banking information.
A discrepancy between the
records could be symptomatic of a delay between various events, faulty deposit
process, or fraud.
The multitude of steps that occur on
varying dates complicate the reconciliation process, as they affect how
and when money is deposited and recorded in your bank account and
Vericle:
- Cash is collected in the office
- Cash is recorded in Vericle
- Cash is deposited in the bank
- EOBs are received in office
- EOBs are entered in Vericle (may have different check date than EOB date created in Vericle or bank deposit date)
- Insurance checks deposited in the bank
- EFTs are deposited in the bank
- ERAs are recorded in Vericle (may have different check date than ERA date created in Vericle or EFT date)
Reconciliation w/ bank statement also offers a structured and disciplined way to discover and manage potential
invoicing disputes.

Daily Live Help Sessions are available to anyone who has a question about Vericle
Sessions are open Q&A forums moderated by representatives from Vericle's Training group.
Questions range in scope from very simple to more
complex. All questions are encouraged. If a moderator, or the
group, is unable to help you in a reasonable amount of time during the
forum, you will be contacted off-line to resolve your issue.More here

Credit card & auto eft/debit coming soon
Soon you will be able to have credit cards and bank drafts run on a
monthly basis or or process regular credit card transactions. This
will decrease the staff need to run your chiropractic office and
increase profitability. Stay tuned for more details.

Loyalty Rewarded on April 1, 2009
Starting
April 1, the new clients will incur $238 in monthly access fees (instead
of current $229) and $945 in one-time integration fees (instead of
current $900).
Note, that in appreciation of client loyalty, monthly access fees will not change for clients that signed contracts prior to April 1, 2009.
