Is it difficult to get paid a PIP claim in New Jersey?

Barry Fredson, Esq: Insurance companies are in the actuarial business. Accordingly, the longer they keep the provider's payment, or the more obstacles they create to avoid full payment, the better it works for the insurance company.

To counter these tactics medical providers need the assistance of counsel who understands insurance company procedures and can efficiently resolve medical provider's claims.

What to do if received a PIP claim denial?
Billing Precision's team will appeal denied claims.  There is a standard NJ PIP appeal form that needs to be filled out. 

How much does it cost to hire a PIP lawyer in NJ?
No charge. In NJ, the insurance carrier pays the PIP attorney.

How to see your PIP collections and outstanding PIP claims?
Use $-stats report.  Check IS PIP on the bottom to see both collections
and outstanding claims.

Yes. Add PI as a suffix to patient's account for easy search and identification.
