Compliance Improvements - SOAP Notes
Vericle's October release adds the following features in response to customer requests and compliance expert advice:
- Subjective
- Insidious Onset mechanism of injury
- Pain scale without numbers
- Numbness, Tingling, and Weakness to Type section
- Objective
- Created X-Ray test tab, including Subluxation, Degenerative join disease, Osteophyte formation
- Burning in quality section
- Indicate subluxation findings during testing, including X-Ray and Palpation
- New Posture Objective Test: Thoracic Kyphosis

- Abnormal Posture diagnosis code (781.92)

An Ignored Revenue Source?
A neglected workbench is costing doctors hundreds of thousands of
dollars in unrecoverable claims. In some cases, the practice may be
giving up $60,000 or more because their staff are not completing
their workbenches on time.
Worse, these funds go directly to the insurance companies,
