New Director of Kamina Children's Home
Stephanie MatthewsStephanie Matthews, member of the West Ohio North Katanga Ministry Team, has been invited by Bishop Ntambo Nkulu Ntanda to serve as Program Director of the Kamina Children's Home in North Katanga. She will work to transform the facility into a premier, community-based, and grassroots financially-assisted Youth Leadership Academy in the Congo. As a world-renowned photographer, Stephanie unveils images of Congolese children highlighting the power of the human spirit. Hear the stories of how HIV and AIDS have impacted their lives at the World Vision Experience: AIDS December 1-7 at Stillwater UMC. The World Vision Experience: AIDS is a 3,000 square foot interactive exhibit that invites visitors to "step into Africa" by hearing, seeing and walking through an African village to personally experience the lives of children affected by AIDS. The stirring audio tour and captivating photography will transport you into the life of an African child and give you a new perspective on the greatest humanitarian crisis of our time...
