One Month to Go |
We are one month from the race. We are preparing every last detail, as we are sure you are too. Now is the time to hone your body for the race. If you have been following the advice of this program you have done all your homework, dialed in you nutrition strategy and now its time to get "race ready". Workouts tend to be shorter and more intense. Your focus now should be on training AND recovery. Sleep is as important as workouts this month, so don't skimp on sleep. The approach this month is rest, rest, go hard and then rest again. For many, this is their favorite month of the year. In the lead up to the race we will be sending out numerous weekly updates, as details are finalized.
