This May issue is an exciting one, we have big news, great advice and some serious workouts to get you going into spring fitness.  We hope you're enjoying this information as much as we enjoy sending it to you. We also hope you are on track and fit, because now that spring is here it is time to get serious.  Serious about training, nutrition, and planning because race day will arrive faster than we all expect. 
If you are emerging from your winter hibernation a little less fit than you might want, don't worry, there is still plenty of time to get focused and get fit, but this month is the time to get SERIOUS.
