Personal Best March 2011 - Motivation
This issue is all about motivation.
Ironman Motivation
Ironman Motivation

During the winter months, the days are short and work, and other responsibilities pile up and it becomes difficult to get motivated to train.  We hope that your training so far is on-track, but if it isn't - don't worry - you have time to get on track to having a personal best at Calgary 70.3!

Motivation is different for everyone.  Some of us are motivated by competition, fear, guilt, by training partners or from within.  Now is the time to tap into what motivates you - because this for many is the toughest month of the year.

If you haven't signed up for this year's race yet - Do It!  Registering for your goal race is the best motivation possible!

Thanks to everyone who took the time to take our survey - click to see

the results of the "what are you trying to prove" survey.
