And, they say, summer has arrived.

It has been a wonderful start to the summer - shame about the weather. The diary here has been crammed full of Masterclass Forums, new Consultancy and Coaching assignments, the Barclays and the 'Magic Million' events..., and all of these involve us working with fascinating businesses with real issues and real stories to tell.

For us summer is busy - in between the spring and autumn seasons of events we find that we spend more time talking to businesses about how we can help them - which is what we are here to do. Summer breaks (impending or just in the past) give people time to regroup and refresh their thoughts and get ready for the autumn and winter - a great time to step back, prioritise and make some of the tough decisions required to take the business to the next level.
