TREE HILL Nature Center is a beautiful natural environment, which is located almost exactly in the center of Jacksonville, Florida. We're able to offer innovative programs for the community because of the generosity of our members and donors. We're currently developing fun, creative programs and exciting events for 2009 with a focus on educating our community about environmental issues and sharing ways that everyone can participate in saving our natural resources. Here Are Three Gift Ideas That Support Green Initiatives
Looking for creative, original ideas for your holiday stockings? We have some great, in expensive suggestions:
 1. Purchase a copy of our butterfly fairytale Bella Butterfly: The Magical Metamorphosis by calling (904) 724-4646. For just $5.00, Bella Butterfly makes a special gift for your young naturalist. Proceeds from the book benefit TREE HILL Nature Center and help grow important programs for the community. .
2. Order a bag of Fazzini's Coffee & Tea to give your friends or keep for yourself. Fazzini's Coffee plants a sapling for every bag of coffee sold and donates a portion of the sales back to community non-profit organizations. TREE HILL Nature Center is Fazzini's most recent partner. Specify that the coffee is for TREE HILL Nature Center in order for TREE HILL to receive a portion of the sales.

Exciting GREENews
TREE HILL Nature Center is pleased to announce that Sandy Wilson was chosen for the "Champion Zones Project Grant" for Public Relations Services for Tree Hill Nature Center. Sandy will work with TREE HILL Executive Director Lucy Cortese and Development Director Chris Robertson to establish Tree Hill's new branding initiative for 2009. Expect exciting additions to TREE Hill's innovative programming and events. Look for an announcement about our new web site in early 2009. The new web site site will have even more information, be more interactive and list more fun, family things to do at TREE HILL Nature Center.
Please note: TREE HILL Nature Center will be closed from December 25 - 28, 2008 for the holidays.
