Jacksonville Beach, FL (October 10, 2008) - In response to the economy and an increasing need in the marketplace for affordable communications services, Sandy Wilson announces the formation of Wilson Communicates, a public relations, media relations and virtual communications consulting business based in Jacksonville Beach, Florida.
With over a decade of experience in virtual communications strategies and implementation, Wilson comments, "Hiring an independent communications professional with a background in new media strategies makes sense for companies that need these services, but don't have the budget or desire to hire a traditional public relations agency or hire full-time staff.
I work with small to mid-sized companies to develop and implement well-rounded virtual communication strategies designed to expand reach and credibility. By analyzing a client's current web site, refining the infrastructure and design to improve ROI, I'll also determine if available virtual outreach tools could enhance strategic communications plans and implement these tools when it makes sense.
It's a niche market and personally gratifying to leverage new media vehicles as legitimate tools that companies may successfully use while helping save natural resources, and demonstrating a committment to our environment.
