16th Annual Children's Festival Performers Spotlight: Justin Roberts and the Not Ready for Naptime Players
Performers for the 16th Annual Children's Festival at The Pavilion have been announced! The festival is Sat., Nov. 12 from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. and Sun., Nov. 13 from noon-5 p.m. Tickets are $8 in advance, $10 at the door. Stayed tuned for additional performer spotlights in The Buzz! Get ready to rock to Justin Roberts and the Not Ready for Naptime Players as this fun and funky band dishes out unexpectedly intelligent and whimsically rocking music for kids of all ages. Roberts is considered one of the all-stars in the indie family music scene and has been featured on radio and television shows across the nation.  Roberts' latest CD, "Jungle Gym," is a collection of childhood memories, from the joys of trick or treating and gym class parachutes to sleepovers and snow days. Enjoy music from this CD, as well as others, when you dance along during the performances. Justin Roberts and the Not Ready for Naptime Players are scheduled to perform on the Pepsi Main Stage at the 16th Annual Children's Festival on Sat., Nov. 12 at 12:15 p.m. and Sun., Nov. 13 at 1:30 p.m. Artists, dates and times are subject to change without notice. Party at Jack's Place Helps Raise Funds for The Pavilion
 The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion invites you to Jack's Place Sun., Oct. 30, from 11 a.m. until closing for the Zac Brown Band Pre/Post Concert Party! It's a day full of food, live music including Sundance Head , Jack Daniels and lots of fun.
There is a raffle for some fabulous prizes including an autographed Jimmy Buffett guitar. Proceeds from the food and raffle benefit The Pavilion's performing arts and educational outreach programs.
