The Woodlands Waterway Arts Festival Volunteers Needed

The Woodlands Waterway Arts Festival is looking for volunteers to support the event April 9 and 10.
Festival hours are 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m.-6 p .m. Sunday. Every volunteer is greatly appreciated as it takes more than 1,000 to help run this event. All volunteers receive a commemorative t-shirt to wear at the event and take home afterward. Volunteer areas include volunteer coordinator, artist relations, festival admissions booth, gate monitor/greeter, entertainment assistant, culinary arts, artopoly/other children's art activities, souvenir sales assistant, surveys, student art exhibit, load-in/load-out and more.

Each volunteer is given the chance to donate their hours to a specific charity. Help support The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion by donating your hours to The Pavilion Partners, the official volunteer organization of The Pavilion.

The Pavilion Partners is one of the charity beneficiaries of the event. Proceeds are awarded to each charity partner based on the number of volunteer hours they provide to the event. As you arrive for your shift, you will be able to donate your hours when you sign in and sign out.
