GOODSHOP
|
Help CCB while you shop!
Nonprofits and schools are having trouble meeting their fundraising goals this year!
To help make up the difference, more than 700 of your favorite internet
retailers and travel sites including Amazon, eBay, Target, Apple,
Expedia and more have joined forces with GoodShop.com to donate part of
every purchase to your favorite charity or school (more than 61,000
nonprofits are now on-board)!
It takes just a few seconds to go to GoodShop.com, select Children Creating Bridges, and then click through to your favorite store and shop as
usual.
|
GOODSEARCH
|
Help CCB each time you search the internet!
Go to GoodSearch.com and select Children Creating Bridges as your charity.
Yahoo! has teamed up with GoodSearch.com and will donate a penny to Children Creating Bridges every time you search
the web. This is totally free as the money comes from advertisers.
To give you a sense of how the money can add up, the ASPCA has already earned more than $16,200!
Please tell 10 friends about GoodSearch today.
They've
been featured in the NY Times, the Wall Street Journal, CNN, Oprah
Magazine and more.
It is easy to add GoodSearch to your toolbar!

Greetings!
We hope that you are enjoying your summer! Grab a lemonade, take a break from the sun and check out the new look of our website! Our site has gone through some major changes recently and we hope that you like our new look! A huge and very special THANK YOU to Silvia (www.whoissilvia.com), who volunteers her time to design and maintain our site.
Speaking of the sun, we are proud to let you know that all three of the ladies on the CCB Team rose before the sun came up on July 13th to get to Philadelphia in time for the Philadelphia Women's Triathlon/Duathlon. Not only did the ladies finish the race, but they also had great time and are already looking forward to next year's race! They are just hoping some more ladies will join in the fun! Thank you to the CCB Team and to the donors that supported them by donating to CCB in their names!
For those of you with Comcast, we want to remind you to watch for CCB Vice President, Dr. Mazhar Rishi on Comcast Newsmakers/CNN Headline News the last week of July. He will be speaking about the Iraqi refugee crisis and the segment will be repeated many times throughout the week.
Dr. Mazhar Rishi will also be a guest of Radio Times hosted by Marty Moss-Coane on Thursday, July 24th at 10am. Tune into to WHYY Radio 91FM to hear the live broadcast.
Lastly, please pay special attention to the information on the sidebar of this newsletter regarding GoodShop and GoodSearch. These programs offer two great ways to financially support CCB with no cost to you!
Thanks to each of you for your continued support of CCB!
