There are storms of every kind breaking out all over the world. There are weather storms; blizzards of magnitude never seen before, and temperature extremes in places that never see snow or cold. There are political storms, resulting in protests, and even violence. For many there are storms in our finances, in our families, in our relationships, in our bodies, and in our souls...

God's Beloved we must remember that the storms of life do indeed come, but they don't last. I remember when Hurricane Ike came and the wind and the rain pounded the windows mercilessly for hours, such that I thought it would never end - but it did. God was with me through it all, and He never failed me. If you find yourself in a storm of any kind, I pray that you will keep your eyes focused on Jesus. Remember He has the power to calm the storm. Know that He enables us to do the impossible - to walk on water in the middle of the storm. Even if we start to fall, He will catch us. I pray that no matter what goes on around you, you will have a supernatural peace and calm inside you.
