On April 15th, there will be a Lender Oversight/Credit Risk Management Program Public Comment Meeting from 10:00am - 1:00pm (or until all comments are heard).  SBA's Office of Lender Oversight and Office of Credit Risk Management will be receiving comments and feedback on the SBA's proposed lender oversight/credit risk management proposed rules.  Please go to www.sba.gov/ga and click on the link for the Federal Register Notice for Public Comment for instructions on how to register for attending and/or presenting comments at the meeting as well as view the proposed rules. 

 

The SBA will be holding a Training Session on April 15th at Kennesaw State University from 2:00pm-4:00pm.  Representatives from SBA's Office of Capital Access will be introducing lenders to the new, streamlined SBA SOP 50-10.  To attend this training, please register online at http://www.sba.gov/idc/groups/public/documents/ga_atlanta/ga_lender-registration.html or call Melanie McGee at 404-331-0100 x603.  The training will take place at Kennesaw State University Continuing Education Center, 3333 Busbee Drive, Room 400, Kennesaw, GA 30144.

Please save the date, GLQC will be hosting the annual Small Business of the Year Awards Luncheon on Thursday, May 22nd at Villa Christina from 11:30am-1:00pm.  Registration information will be sent out in a couple of weeks but mark it on your calander now!
