| 113 & 117 Miles Street, Ypsilanti |
|
The two side-by-side homes being renovated on Miles Street in Ypsilanti are progressing nicely, thanks to the sponsors who have raised money and generously volunteered their time. All rough mechanical, framing and insulation inspections passed, drywall is finished and painting is well underway at 113 Miles. A new roof and new windows are in at 117 Miles with new siding about 90% complete. This home will also have all new plumbing, a new furnace, new insulation upstairs, and some new electrical.

Lead sponsors of these homes include MAV Development and University of Michigan Campus Chapter of Habitat for Humanity along with the University of Michigan Baseball Team, General Motors, Home Depot, Ford Motor Company, Washtenaw Community College Counseling Dept., DTE Energy, the Ervin Foundation and already more than 200 individuals who have volunteered their time to help.

Renovations will begin after the first of the year on this home, our most recently purchased rehab. It is located right next door to the home of partner family Robert Kraft, which was completed this summer and dedicated in September. |
| Bens Street, Ann Arbor |
Congratulations to the Selemani partner family who will begin working alongside volunteers on their home in Ann Arbor in early December. This too is a rehab of a pre-owned home. The sponsorship (cost to renovate) for this project is $10,000! What a wonderful opportunity for someone here in our community to make a real difference in the lives of a deserving family. For more information please contact our office.

| Proud Partners |
| Habitat for Humanity of Huron Valley is so fortunate and thankful to have the support of amazing companies and individuals in our community who share our passion for helping families. Below are three stories of partners we are proud to have on our side!
Corrigan Moving helped Habitat homeowner Karen Tooson move in October.

Corrigan Moving helps Habitat Families
Corrigan Moving is a family owned moving company headquartered in Farmington Hills that contacted us in September to see if they could donate moving services for one of our families. It just so happened that we had a closing the following week for Donna Robinson who had to be out of her apartment the same day as her closing! While Donna was at work in the morning, the Corrigan driver and truck met Donna's son and nephew at the apartment and moved all of the family's items to the new home. Donna closed on her home at 3:00 that afternoon and went home to her new home with all of her belongings already inside!
Since then, Corrigan has helped two of our other families move and has offered to help families of other Habitat affiliates. It is such a relief for our families to not have to worry about finding friends to help them move or renting a moving a truck. It is truly a pleasure to work with the Corrigan staff and movers who make the whole moving experience so easy for our families. Thank you Corrigan!
Scouts Collect Tools
Gage (5th grade) and Tanner (3rd grade) Wiedmeyer of Saline organized a Tool Drive in their neighborhood to benefit families in-need here in Washtenaw County. Gage and Tanner distributed letters to their neighbors during the month of October asking for new and used tools to be used in Habitat's upcoming build projects. On November 1st, the boys collected many useful items from their community and delivered them to the Habitat office. Gage and Tanner have made a habit of doing good things for their community. Every other year, they take their birthday gifts and birthday money and donate them to various local charitable causes to benefit families and youth. Thank you so much, Gage and Tanner! We are proud to have you in the Habitat family.

Toyota Donates & Board Members Volunteer
Board members Jim Sterken and John Ford donated many hours updating the Habitat office IT server and computers. The much needed updates will help Habitat run more efficiently. We received donated IT equipment from Toyota and bought the remaining IT equipment needs with a grant from the Sterken Family Foundation. Thank you so much, John and Jim!
