Meet Lois Greenwood, Ph.D.,
VITEC Founding Director
As VITEC's Founding Director, it has been Lois Greenwood's primary goal to serve Maui county by providing high quality training that gives the local work force a competitive edge in the global economy.
When asked of her most valuable contribution to VITEC, Lois said she offers her strengths in strategic planning, as well as her knowledge in developing initiatives and direction for an organization. Through the years, she has also ensured that VITEC has maintained a high standard of excellence.
Lois also teaches several management and professional skills classes at VITEC, including Workplace Conflict: Preventing and Resolving It Using Emotional Intelligence, She will be co-teaching this class with Joel Edelman, MS, MA, JD.
Lois rounds out her professional life by enjoying music, walking, swimming, meditation, & attending arts & cultural events. She is active in her church, and organizes an Annual Children's Camp held in the Santa Cruz, CA mountains.
