Greetings!
In our efforts to help parents with the high cost of private, Catholic education, we have decided to move to an online book buying format for the 2010 school year. We will be working with Follett Virtual Books to give our parents the largest selection of new and used books.
In June, the school will send each student's book list to their home. This list will include the ISBN numbers necessary for ordering a book for each class. Enclosed with the list will be instructions for ordering your books from Follett. You may order books online or by phone. You may order them all at once, or a few at a time. This will allow you flexibility in determining your family's budget.
Since so many people buy books online, it is not possible for the school to keep a large inventory of books. The Follett Company will set up in our school during the last days of the school year to buy back the books students want to sell. The parents will receive a check for the buy-back cost of their used books.
We hope this makes the purchase of books a more efficient and cost-saving process. If you have any questions, you may email Denise Gehringer or call her at 734-2000.
Sincerely,
Beckie Cleveland, President |
