Why Your Home May Sell During the Holidays
This time of year, many sellers ask... "Should we take our home off the market during the holidays?" The answer is definitely "No!"  There are plenty of reasons to keep your home listed through New Year's, but this year there's extra urgency: the tax credit was just extended but is only good for a few more months. Other reasons include:

·    Interest rates at record lows
·    Fewer listings=less competition
·    Holiday shoppers are serious
     buyers.

2010 Real Estate Projections
The real estate market will experience growth and expansion next year, according to projections from most major real estate organizations. The recession will be behind us. That's the forecasting consensus of the National Association of Realtors, National Association of Home Builders, Mortgage Bankers Association, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. They are all predicting solid growth in 2010, according to a study conducted by Real Estate Economy Watch. The consensus is in sharp contrast with the market this year.
