Carrie Pierce & Associates is proud to have been selected a 2009 Five Star Real Estate Agent rated Best in Client Satisfaction! Seattle Magazine presents the Five Star Best in Client Satisfaction awards only to the top Real Estate Agents in Seattle.
Up to 25,000 recent home buyers and readers of Seattle Magazine are interviewed, as well as 250 mortgage and title companies, to evaluate real estate agents with whom they have had direct experience. Agents are evaluated on nine attributes (customer service, integrity, market knowledge, communication, negotiation, closing preparation, finding the right home, marketing homes, and overall satisfaction), and whether they would recommend the agent to a friend. All of these factors are incorporated into a scoring algorithm and a list is compiled of the top scoring agents - representing less than 7% of the agents in the market who hold a current license.
