I've received many questions recently regarding a major bill about to be passed, The Housing Recovery Act,and how this bill affects homeowners. From what we know so far, The Housing Recover Act will increase the
availability of FHA loans for homeowners who are in mortgage default and in
danger of foreclosure. The bill also includes tax credits for first
