The better I am, the better my clients are and that's the whole idea, isn't it?

 Money Magazine: Seattle Top 5 to Beat Housing Bust

According to Money Magazine, Seattle is top 5 cities to beat the housing bust. Steady employment and population growth helped keep home values relatively stable even as the bubble burst. Single-family homes lost just 2.7% of their value from February 2007 to February 2008.
