  • $600 to singles making less than $75,000
  • $1,200 to couples making less than $150,000
  • $300 rebates per child

Tax deprec 
 Q: I have a month to month rental agreement with my tenant.  My tenants constantly complain about issues with the home.  Is there a limit to how much I can raise the rent by?
 
A: If you are on a month to month rental agreement, you can raise the rent amount as many times and by however much you please.  However, be careful not to raise rent in retaliation of  a tenant asserting their rights.  This is against Washington State Law.
