The 8th annual Seattle Roadster Show will feature over 300 rods, customs, muscle cars and more ... will all be on display for this three-day event at the new Stadium Exhibition Center in downtown Seattle.
 
St. Patrick's Day Parade
March 17, 2008 -
Seattle Center - Downtown Seattle

Starting from 4th Ave at Jefferson in downtown Seattle at 12:30 PM... the parade heads north on 4th Ave to the reviewing stand at Westlake Park, with closing ceremonies at 2 PM at Seattle Center.

In real estate listings, what's the difference between listing your house as "beautiful" vs "move in condition?"  About $12,500 on a $250,000 home says real estate economist Paul Anglin.  Here are some other facts:
  1. Listing with the words "beautiful" or "gorgeous" sold 15% faster
  2. "Landscaping" in a listing hastened the sale by 20%
  3. Calling a home a "handyman special" cut the time in half.
