Welcome to the Queen Bee Newsletter |
Greetings!
Happy New Year! It has been my pleasure to help people achieve their dream of purchasing their first home, moving up to a larger home, or buying a investment home. To know that I am helping someone by being a real estate consultant is very gratifying. It occurred to me that my friends and family members may not be aware of just exactly what a real estate consultant does differently from a traditional salesperson and how that benefits the people you refer to me.Traditional real estate agents spend the majority of their time soliciting the general public looking for their next client, which leaves little time to personally see to their current clients' needs.I am 100 percent focused on the needs of my clients, keeping their best interests foremost in my mind. My goal is to build lifelong relationships, one client at a time. Because this mindset is the cornerstone of my real estate practice, my previous clients are pleased with my service and refer friends, coworkers and family members to me anytime they have real estate needs.
If you know of a coworker, friend or family member who has a real estate need, please feel free to contact me so I can help them realize their dreams, too. Your heartfelt endorsement is greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Carrie Pierce-Johnson

Nutty Neighbors |
When I was 9 years old, my dad sent me to my neighbors to borrow a hamburger. My neighbor Mrs. Harris said to me, "Honey are you sure he said hamburger?" "Yup, that's what the old man said" I insisted. "What can I say, my dad just likes to eat." You can imagine my humiliation when I came back home with a beef patty when my dad really wanted a hammer. Wouldn't it be great if there was a website that reports nutty neighbors like myself? Well fortunately for all my past and future neighbors there is! It's called www.rottenneighbors.com. Check it out. And feel free to send me your funny neighbor stories at carrie@carriepierce.net. |
