Riverside Superior Court of California Expands Functionality of Infolinx WEB
Exhibit tracking critical to criminal and civil cases.
Infolinx System Solutions®, a leading provider of enterprise physical records management software, announced expanded case file tracking utilizing Infolinx WEB records management software for the Superior Court of California, County of Riverside California. The Superior Court implemented the software in Q1 2010 to provide full life cycle management for tracking of its physical records including case files and administrative records. Based on the success of this application, the Superior Court expanded the application to include the tracking of exhibits and other miscellaneous court records.
The Infolinx WEB expanded functionality includes the tracking of firearms and ammunition, American and foreign currency, as well as valuables, digital media and photos provided as evidence for civil and criminal cases. Timely delivery of exhibits to and from court rooms, chambers, and throughout the court house is critical to the successfully prosecution of these cases. In addition to tracking, Infolinx WEB software includes a robust security model designed to protect vital and sensitive information.
