This 154-year-old mutual company serving the insurance and investment needs of more than three million chose Infolinx WEB software for the management of their physical corporate records.
With multiple records centers servicing hundreds of employees located across multiple corporate campuses, solution requirements included intuitive request and re-filing capabilities, flexible pull and delivery report options, warehouse space management functionality, and advanced physical records disposition process support. In addition to replacing an aging, non-supported legacy software product, the solution implementation added additional process-based functionality while incorporating a complete migration of legacy data.
