District of Columbia Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency Implements Infolinx® WEB Records Management Software
Physical Records Tracking Plays Key Role in Strategic Plan
Today, Infolinx® System Solutions announced the implementation of their Infolinx WEB records management software with integrated barcode scanning for the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) of the District of Columbia.
In support of CSOSA’s mission to increase public safety, prevent crime, reduce recidivism, and support the fair administration of justice in close collaboration with the community, the utilization of the Infolinx WEB software application will play a key role in the agency’s implementation of their strategic plan put in place to fulfill this mission. Central to this process will be the technology-assisted creation, tracking, and eventual disposition of offender physical records. Features of the Infolinx solution include an intuitive interface, complete audit trail, robust security model, and records retention and disposition support, all built on a contemporary, thin-client technology platform.
“The majority of our clients, upon implementation of our records management solution, have found that in addition to instituting records management best practices, also derive significant benefit from improved access to information while saving time, space and money,” said Tim Butler, managing director of Infolinx.
