Tennessee's Largest Health Benefit Plan Company Partners with Infolinx WEB
Infolinx WEB Assists with Managing Retention Schedules
Today, Infolinx announced the adoption of its industry leading physical records management application, Infolinx WEB, by Tennessee's oldest and largest not-for-profit health plan, serving nearly 3 million Tennesseans. Already an Infolinx client, this additional implementation reflects the need to manage the physical records for a recently acquired line of business.
Infolinx WEB tracks physical records from point of creation through archiving and final disposition while maintaining complete audit histories for every record. The newly acquired application is slated to track claims related documents housed in folders and boxes as they travel to and from departmental storage to shelves and pallets in offsite storage facilities. Included in the solution is sophisticated retention schedule functionality managing the archiving and eventual destruction of records and compliant with strict healthcare industry regulations.
"During the past several years, the bar for health care has been raised in order to improve the processes and outcomes for this field" said Tim Butler, Managing Director of Infolinx. "We continue to develop our software to deliver state-of-the-art solutions to meet our client's ever changing needs."
