Bureau of Reclamation Extends Enterprise Functionality of Infolinx WEB
In response to a growing need within the industry to effectively manage pending litigation and its effect upon an organization's paper-based records, the Bureau of Reclamation (BoR) asked Infolinx to incorporate additional functionality facilitating the lifecycle management of legal holds and their associations to physical records. Among other things, the new functionality enables BoR to create and manage an unlimited number of legal holds in a central repository and then globally apply or remove these holds to and from various subsets of their physical records inventory. Infolinx WEB also includes extensive and detailed support for the labor-intensive physical records disposition process.
