 Fully Integrated Barcode and Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID) Technology Infolinx fully integrated barcode/Gen II RFID support provides the fastest, most efficient method of tracking items. Using barcode/RFID readers, tethered, wireless, and portable, users can instantly check items in or out of the workstation, file room, or records center or transfer to a new location without manual data entry. Fully Integrated Color and Barcode Labels Seamless integration of computer generated color and barcode labels. Robust Searching Capability Infolinx provides powerful searching capabilities on an unlimited number of business fields specifically configured for your organization. Implied wildcards, partial strings, Boolean logic, and saved query capability are included. Search results are returned in a grid format allowing easy navigation to the desired record. Item Cart Convenient storage of items identified from disparate queries for each user of the system, enabling single click actions on an unlimited number of records. Bulk Item Management Create an unlimited number of similar items with optional incremental field manipulation. Bulk update one or more data fields for an unlimited number of items including date-offset capability. Complete Audit Trail  Detailed, permanent audit activity is recorded for all items within the system. Each activity, including data creation, viewing, update, and deletion; request and location movement; and label queuing and printing is date/time and user stamped. On-line Requesting Simplified on-line requesting of paper-based records including the support of wait listing. Request responders may query existing requests on-line, print pull and delivery lists, or be notified via email of incoming requests. Simple Transfers Whether packing boxes with files, placing boxes on shelves, or moving items from one user to another, Infolinx includes Action Barcode technology, allowing for the transfer of materials without touching the mouse or keyboard. Unattended Self-Serve Mode Maintains accountability of trackable items, even after-hours or over unattended repositories. Handling only the trackable items themselves, users easily check items in and out of a central storage area. Integrity Sweep Using portable bar code or RFID scanners, perform periodic integrity sweeps to capture updated locations of trackable items which may have circumvented standard procedures. Integrated Data Sharing Infolinx WEB can import existing data (trackable items, locations, or item requests) via our included Data Interchange utility (point-and-click on demand, scheduled imports, or network share monitoring). Robust Security Infolinx WEB security is role-based and is available in either Forms or Windows based configuration, for integration with client LDAP, single-sign on architectures. An unlimited number of security roles may be constructed providing data restrictions at table, row, or field levels as well as management of all system functions. Seat licensing is available as concurrent, named, or a combination of both.
Reporting Infolinx WEB implements Crystal reports as its report engine, supporting MS Word, MS Excel, and pdf formats. Approximately 20 reports are included with the system. Additional Crystal reports may be designed by either client or Infolinx staff and embedded directly into the application. An unlimited number of ad-hoc reports may also be constructed, saved, and either printed or exported to a csv file. Retention Management An unlimited number of retention schedules may be configured into the application providing archive and disposition functionality. Additional Optional Components Include. Space Management This module, designed for records centers, provides metrics reflecting available space within an unlimited number of storage facilities. Optional internal chargeback capability may also be integrated. Collaborative Retention Schedules Online development and management of an unlimited number of retention schedule record series, with an unlimited number of meta data fields including the support of multi-stage schedules, advanced hold management, and global updates. Supply Item Request Enables end-users to request the materials (e.g. empty boxes, file folders, or barcode labels etc.) required to fulfill their records management duties. Records officers can acknowledge, note fulfillment, and track history of all requests over time. Advanced Item Management Expanded functionality surrounding 'Missing and/or Overdue Items' indication and detection alert is available. Item Activity Confirmation Request and Transfer activity of items can be configured to require approval before completion providing stringent control of chain-of-custody. Location Reconciliation Trackable item locations, such as users or shelves can be dynamically inventoried via barcode or RFID scanners producing a reconciliation of unexpected or missing items. Workflow Notifications Email messages sent to user-defined distribution lists are implemented for common activities such as requesting, request fulfillment, and past-due notification. Additionally, an unlimited number of email notification messages may be defined and associated with specific steps in the physical record lifecycle. Configuration Tool Used for the alteration of the underlying application architecture. Business fields may be added, modified, or deleted. Advanced Data Sharing Infolinx maintains a growing library of web services and/or can create database triggers for the near real-time sharing of data from legacy host systems. ECM Integration Infolinx has been DoD5015.2 certified in conjunction with IBM software.
