In our March health talk, Toxic Food: Hungry for Change? Dr. Marcus Kampfe and Master Herbalist Eileen Kampfe will be exploring the importance of eating organic foods and supporting local farmers. Participants will also learn the top ten foods to AVOID eating in order to maintain health.

This is sure to be an "eye-opening" event that you don't want to miss!

In addition, Dunn Wellness Center will be showing the documentary Food, INC. March 12th. 6:30 p.m. Please bring a food item to donate to BEAM.
