 There are still a few services that we can't complete in the new store as we wait for equipment to arrive, but that won't affect you - anything we can't do in Maple Lawn, we'll do in our Baltimore location for you. So you'll still have the convenience of dropping off and picking up your items in Maple Lawn and we will take care of the rest! We'll keep you updated as all the new equipment goes online. - One restoration - $ 60 - $150 + 10 5x7 copies (2.00 ea. with discount card) and 10 5x7 frames (varied) = range from $130 - $290
 
- Transfer home movies from tape to DVD, then make copies for everyone! $29.95 for the initial transfer from tape (VHS, VHS-C, 8mm cassette, MiniDV, etc.), and quantity discounts apply to copies of those transfers. DVD cases are included so they can fit right on your DVD library shelf! Approximate cost for ten copies including the transfer - $79.95
- Transfer home movie reels to DVD - Get them out of the attic before they deteriorate! Cost varies on the transfer cost, but make sure you get them in by 12/11 for enough time to transfer! Cost varies by length of reels and quantities of them.
- Get those wedding prints done that Mom has been asking for! 1 8x10 print with a nice frame can be had for under $30 and we have some economical choices as well for the additional copies not going to Mom!
- DVD slideshow with copies for everyone (notice a theme?). Slideshows are on DVDs that can be played in DVD players or computers and can come with music, text and many variations to call it your own. Price varies on quantity, but quantity pricing applies to all the copies you make!
- Scan Dad's old slides to share with the family. One carousel or 15 of them, boxes or loose in rubber bands. We can digitize these treasures (prints and negatives too) so that Dad can relive the memories and the rest of the family can have digital and/or hard copies of all those images that haven't been shown in years. We can upload all images to our web site for free with a valid email account. From there you can share them with the world to view or print.
- Brag books! These are small albums that fit in any purse or laptop bag. Print up to 24 4x6s and have a brag book to fit them in for a total of as low as $10 per person.
- Prepaid digital prints cards! These are cards that you can purchase with preloaded amounts of prints. The more you buy at once, the deeper the discount! You decide how many each good little boy and girl receive!
- Frames and prints! Our frames range from $1 and change for a magnet frame to just under $100 for a 24x36 strongly constructed frame with glass. You can choose from our vast selection to come up with the perfect combination of $5 items, $10 items, $20 - $25 items to make sure everyone is taken care of.
- Holiday cards with gift cards! Have us create that one-of-a-kind holiday card for you and add that to any of the above orders to make it truly one stop shopping! Include a gift card or prepaid prints card to those that were nice this year!

We're teaming up with Grand Cru Wine Bar across our court yard to bring you the best photo contest of 2008. Why is it the best of '08? Food. Hot food, cold food, cooked uncooked, from the land or from the sea. Your take on one of our basic human needs could will start off your 2009 right with your own gallery showing for the full month of January at Grand Cru complete with an opening night party for family and friends. The winner will display their photos to all who enter Grand Cru and can set their own price for print copies.
First prize is the January 2009 Photographer of the Month at Techlab, and runner up is a $25 gift card from Techlab.
Entries should contain your edible image and be 8x10 or 8x12 in size (prints at the show will be 11x14 or 12x18 and can involve other items than food). Entries should be dropped off at Techlab September through November 30. Entries will not be judged by any Techlab employees or its owner. Entries can be but are not required to be printed by Techlab and no weight will be given to those printed or not printed by Techlab.

| Fun Photobooks Made Easy! |
Not sure what a photobook exactly is? Read on. Already excited about a fun, NEW, versatile way to get photo books from Techlab? Click here and click the launch button.
Photo books offer a great way to combine scrapbook style keepsakes with a coffee table book of your favorite pictures. The great part is that you can quickly an inexpensively make these high quality books (not those one-hour ones that leave a bad taste in your mouth) for every occasion. Make one for a vacation, one for a graduate, one for baby's first year, a sports team, or whatever theme you want to have! Fade backgrounds behind your pictures, rotate and overlap some images but not others, the possibilities are endless!
You have options as far as page numbers, cover colors and materials. Split an image over two pages, make an all black and white book or just have the backgrounds in black and white but have the foreground pics in color. It looks great, that's the choice I went with myself when making my first book.
Uploading is easy because there is none! With the Rocketlife software, you are creating the book with your own images, and it just uploads the product when you are done. It also saves your work if you want to finish it later. Have fun with it, you could have all your holiday shopping done within hours or even minutes!
