Joni Cassidy will be presenting at a workshop called What You Need To Know To Break The Code: RDA - Not Just Jargon For The Back of House. This workshop will be taking place 9 to 11:45am on Friday, April 8, in the Sir Francis Drake Hotel in San Francisco just prior to the NOCALL Spring Institute.
