The Westside Community Center of Bartlesville is holding its Annual Bedlam Raffle and giving away a pair of tickets for both an OU vs. UT and an OU vs. Texas Tech football game to raise money for WCC's youth programs.
Raffle tickets are $5 each and drawings will be September 23rd for the OU vs. UT game and October 7th for OU vs. Texas Tech.
