Best of The Best Toyota Techs
Wednesday of last week Toyota Material Handling North America publicized this years recipients of their top accreditation for dealership technicians and technical trainers. We were very pleased to see two our technicians, Max Welter, Craig O'Dowd, and our technical foreman Eric Nelson receive this honor. All three are major contributors to the high level of service our dealership gives to its customer base, and a large part of our success over the last decade more and more. Additionally each has reached this level multiple times with Eric Nelson making the mark two years running now. Read More

Parts Department
When It Hits The Fan
Nobody wants it of course, but things go wrong with forklift maintenance. Occasionally it isn't the repair that was the problem but rather the repair part. From gaskets to rebuilt components, parts can fail prematurely and when they do you're not only facing equipment downtime, but you might also be facing paying for some or all of the repair all over again. Simple Word, Great Satisfaction
"Thank you very much for great work on all projects." Said Roman Oliynyk, CEO of Network Instruments. Such simple words can mean so much from a satisfied customer. Roman contacted Kari Heid for a simple 64' x 24' mezzanine proposal. After the initial visit with Roman, the mezzanine request quickly grew into a full project that included lighting, fire suppression and HVAC removal. While most people wouldn't look to a forklift company to provide the full turnkey project that includes other trades, Network Instruments trusted Kari to do just that. By providing the on-site project management it allowed their employees to stay focused on their job while she managed the details of the project. From beginning the project with the mezzanine layout to making the schedule work around their busy shipping season, Kari was able to add wire partitions, racking and shelving to the original purchase. So the next time you are looking at a "simple" project or a product request, keep your mind open to the many possibilities that are hidden to the untrained eye! Read More
