Standard: Dock Blanket  DockBlanket™ by Thermal Barrier Solutions is a durable and rugged thermal insulative blanket that fits most any brand of dock leveler. It is constructed of a rugged Poly Vinyl material. It has brightly colored edges and is appropriately marked to avoid accidental misuse or abuse.
The DockBlanket comes in 3 standard sizes 86"x78", 90"x78", 96"x78". Custom sizes are also available upon request.
Our DockBlanket product significantly reduces energy costs by preventing heat/cool air loss due to: Convection and Induction. Insulation "R" Factor of 4.
Installation is simple, quick and easy. We provide a complete mounting kit with each blanket. The kit includes all the hardware necessary for installation as well as easy to follow instructions. The connection method (patent pending) to your dock door is simple but effective.
The DockBlanket attaches to the door hooks (included in mounting kit) for convenient storage when the dock plate is in use. The insulative blanket is safely out of the way during use and easily replaced to its protective position when the door is closed. The blanket is constructed to allow it to be stored below dock door windows if desired.
In addition to providing a more comfortable working climate for your employees. The DockBlanket significantly reduces dust, dirt, and other debris from entering through the dock leveler. openings, as well as preventing the entrance of unwanted rodents and other undesirable pests.

Rugged: Dock Blanket Heavy Edge  The DockBlanket™ Heavy Edge has all the same attributes as the standard dock blanket, but the extended edge covers are weighted to provide additional protection from outside elements.
