 On June 14, I published a question about the BP Deepwater Horizon accident: How Long Must We Wait To Learn?I asked: "Do we need to wait for the completion of the Presidential Commission's investigation to learn from the BP Deepwater Horizon Accident?" Now, I've posted the answer: NO - WE DON'T NEED TO WAIT TO LEARN.This doesn't seem like a question ... does it?
