President's Question
mark1On June 14, I published a question about the BP Deepwater Horizon accident:

How Long Must We Wait To Learn?

I asked: "Do we need to wait for the completion of the Presidential Commission's investigation to learn from the BP Deepwater Horizon Accident?"

Now, I've posted the answer:

NO - WE DON'T NEED TO WAIT TO LEARN.

This doesn't seem like a question ... does it?

So please read the rest of what I had to say and then leave a note to tell me if you agree or disagree.

Here's the link to what I wrote:

http://www.taproot.com/wordpress/2010/06/25/lessons-about-safety-culture-from-the-bp-deepwater-horizon-accident-that-we-can-learn-now/

I look forward to reading your comments.

Best regards and good luck keeping your organization accident free.
