Woman's History Month
Woman's History Month puts me in mind of Black History Month: Blacks and women make history happen every day! But still, I do believe it is important to acknowledge these two marginalized groups of people. To my surprise, there are staggering statistics that prove that women still aren't compensated equally for the same work done by a man. We're talking 2012, and this is still the case. Women have contributed so much to the world, of course, since it is the body of women that carries and brings each of us into the world. So let's salute the feminine principle, for its magnificence, for what it offers to the family, the home, work place, to society and the planet.
