Save The Date
We are so proud to announce that the film 'In Our Heads About Our Hair' (co-produced by Anu Prestonia) has been accepted into the "New Voices in Black Cinema Festival," which will be held at BAM! For those who haven't had the chance to see our film, this would be a great opportunity to do so! There is some new footage, including shots of beautiful hairstyles from the streets of NYC and more. It's even better --if that's possible -- :) and includes an introduction by yours truly telling my very own bittersweet hair story. The sync problems that occurred during the first screening will not be an issue at this venue. In Our Heads About Our Hair will screen on President's Day, Monday, February 20th at 2pm.
