Greetings! MissFIT Complete has been in existence for about four years now. Throughout that time period, I have received questions about supplements over and over again. While I certainly have assisted our clients in making informed choices about what to take, I have never been able to commit to promoting any one general dietary supplement. While there are many reasons that I steered clear of attaching MissFIT to a brand, the biggest is that I have not been convinced that traditional vitamins and minerals really make the mark. Afterall, research is constantly up and down about how much to take of isolated vitamins for specific reasons, safe or toxic levels and whether or not they are necessary at all. Traditional vitamins and minerals are created in a lab. Doesn't is make more sense to get our nutrients from nature's actual sources?
Well, I am finally convinced! Research does show the necessity of 9 to 13 servings of fruits and vegetables daily for disease prevention and enhancing health. However, almost no one can achieve that. And, as I mentioned above, it makes more sense to receive those recommendations from nature's sources of phyto-nutrients (nutrients in the form they exist in the plants). So, after much of my own personal research and seeing the many benefits of a whole-food based nutrient line I have decided to attach MissFIT to Juice Plus. It is literally fruits, veggies, and whole grains in a capsule form. Any and everyone can benefit from its contribution to a plant based foundation.
I encourage and welcome any and all questions (about it's production, how it works, what it contains, etc.). If you do not receive 9 to 13 servings of whole foods each day, consider Juice Plus. |
