Thanks to everyone that attended the first Wisdom Circle for Group Coaches. We had a great turnout, lots of sharing and plenty of wisdom!
I recorded the call and you can access the recording at:
Dial 1-712-432-7310.
When prompted enter one of the following conference security codes 36733# or 13788#
When you hear "you are currently the only participant in this conference" press *3.
When prompted enter the playback number
9091409
followed by the # key.
When prompted press 1 to begin the playback
To skip the beginning of a playback enter the number of minutes you wish to skip followed by the # key [e.g. 5# = 5 minutes]
There may be a slight pause before the recording begins
*3 to stop the playback
Remember that recordings are only available for approximately 14 days. They are not permanent.
A few highlights of the call:
-Meeting every 6-8 weeks seems reasonable
-It would be nice to be able to connect to share resources and ask for ideas from your colleagues between calls. I will look into setting up a network to do that. Let me know if you have any suggestions or preferences (linkedin, twitter, etc)
-Finding places to meet and getting enough participation to run a group is challenging for many of us
- Several coaches have been successful on getting their group going which is encouraging to us all
- Some great resources for stress reduction, positive psychology, and self-care were discussed that can be used as group topics or exercises
I will look be setting up the date for our next Wisdom Circle call before Thanksgiving (US). Let me know your thoughts, ideas, or suggestions.
