AJ in front of our Christmas tree
Wishing you health and happiness this Holiday Season!
It's been a busy 2009.

This year, AJ celebrated his first birthday, learned to crawl, and then to walk.  Now he's a certified toddler who loves to get into mischief.  Eric and Lisa are both doing well.  Eric is still at Seagate, returning to a full-time schedule after AJ's first birthday.  Lisa continues to work part-time at Constant Contact and enjoys her Fridays with AJ.
AJ Update

It's amazing how much AJ's grown this year.  He's now 21 months old and running around the house.  He's quite the little parrot, repeating what he hears.  So be careful what you say around him!

Since he's not in daycare, Eric and I signed him up for playgroups, swimming, karate, and music classes.  We've also had a few playdates with friends.  AJ spent much of the summer at Assabet Park, enjoying the sandbox and splash park.

One of his favorite rooms in the house is the kitchen - all his toys end up there.  AJ loves to stack things, especially spice jars and pasta boxes.  He also likes to pull out all the plastic containers, pots and pans.

He's not a big eater, but he loves rice, pasta, cinnamon soy butter, raisins, ginger ice cream, yogurt and any kind of berry.  He fell in love with strawberries when we took him to the Strawberry Festival at Drumlin Hill in the spring.  We also went blueberry, raspberry and apple picking this year.  He had candy for the first time at Halloween and is enjoying lots of cookies this holiday season.
Canada Trip

AJ's first international trip!  In July, we took a trip to Toronto, Canada to visit friends and family.  AJ finally met his Canadian relatives including his great-great-grandmother!  We also met up with our friends Amit and Helee.  AJ had a blast playing with their daughter Navyaa.
Other Trips

We also visited Jonna in CT, where AJ enjoyed playing with Ben and Zack.  The Choy family climbed Mount Monadnock together in August.  And in September, we took another family vacation to Cape Cod.  We rented a little cottage as our home base and spent the week on the beach, hiking, and enjoying the sites and lots of ice cream.  AJ also enjoyed some visits to Eric's side of the family in New York.
House Renovations

This year we finished updating the windows, replacing all the windows on the second floor.  We also replaced the bow window downstairs with a new bay window.  In addition, we had a water heater and new furnace installed.

We're looking forward to 2010, especially the newest member of the family due in June.

All the best to you and your family,

Love,
