There is quite a bit of activity at BayNVC!
Greetings!
Last month a group of us met with our dear consultants (thanks Marie Miyashiro and Ann Osborne!) for an extremely fruitful strategic planning session. And now we are rolling up our sleeves so we can get to work and make some changes! It's too early for me to unveil the entire plan because the details are still in flux. However, I feel happy to share we will be building on all of the work BayNVC has being doing in the world. I plan to share more details about our transformation in each mid-month bulletin as things become clear. I hope you will share my excitement as you learn about where we are going.
There is one piece I want to share with you now and to ask for your feedback. We are developing an entirely new curriculum to help people with every aspect of life - family, community and workplace. Our goal is to build a corps of change agents - existing leaders, and people ready to take new leadership in the community and workplace who will infuse NVC into the world around them.
In order to create our new curriculum, we need to hear about your passions, so we can develop programs that serve the interests of our community. We would love to have your input into our planning process. We have set up a survey so you can respond with ease. Click Here. You can also email me directly with your thoughts by Monday, April 25th. My email is [email protected]. I look forward to hearing from you!
