- pagar al contado - to pay cash
- Siempre pagamos al contado. We always
pay cash.
2. dinero contante y sonante - hard cash
(literally: counting and sounding money)
- Pagó con dinero contante y sonante. He
paid hard cash.
3. el dinero - money
- nadar en dinero la abundancia - to be
rolling in money
- Dicen que el gerente de esa compañia nada
en dinero la abundancia. They say that the
manager of that company is rolling in money.
