So which wolf are you feeding in your mind? Are you feeding the black wolf of hatred, jealousy or despair? And how do you stop feeding him?
When people are upset, angry or feel like they have no control, they continue to feed the black wolf.
It's up to you. When you decide to not allow those emotions to rule your life, you begin to feed the white wolf. When you start to appreciate what you have, and to concentrate on the good in your life, you will allow the white wolf to really live.
Start to think about what you have in your life. Think about where you are going, how you are going to get there. Think about all the obstacles you have overcome.
Once you accept these feelings, they grow; you will see how much better you feel. And when the black wolf tries to pop up, smack it down with love, faith and belief in your abilities. Then do it!
