The Economic Driver

August  24,  2012

A publication of the North Port Economic Development Corporation

Greetings!

The ACTION initiatives are moving forward and we are encouraged by the investor commitments, support, and contribution to the process. The  initiatives are moving forward with site plans, artist renderings and cost estimates, and we are now working on revenue projections that will reflect the ROI of each of the projects. If all of the projects come to fruition, the construction budget alone will be more than $100 million, and will certainly put a lot of local companies to work.

While we are excited about the initiatives, we are encouraged by the continued growth of our investors and the support of our board of directors and advisory boards. The investors and the boards create the foundation for our vision and growth and we appreciate their contributions.

If you would like to have a presentation for your group or organization, on the work of the NPEDC, please call or email

Have a great day
