Lá Ceoil
Music Network in association with RTÉ lyric fm presents Lá Ceoil, a free live music event as part of the national love:live music celebrations on Thursday 21st June 2012 (International Music Day).
Lá Ceoil will see performances from Buffalo in the Castle, We Banjo 3, The Unwanted, Tarab, Mick O'Brien, members of the RTÉ Concert Orchestra and DIT Traditional Music Ensemble, and special guest Seán Mac Erlaine along with the world première of an exclusive commission by RTÉ lyric fm composer in residence Linda Buckley.
Lá Ceoil highlights will be broadcast at 8pm (3pm EST) by RTÉ lyric fm (98.7) and streamed live (from 1pm EST) on http://www.rte.ie/lyricfm, presented by Carl Corcoran. |
