Dear Friends of Tri-C,

At Tri-C we value our strong relationships with our civic and community leaders, and have developed this e-newsletter to share information with you.

As always, there is a lot of news to share! We begin this issue of the Community Connection  with a feature on some of our many workforce training efforts because we know that job creation and workforce skill development are currently hot topics for many Ohioans and Ohio policy makers.  Tri-C plays a vital role in these efforts in Northeast Ohio, partnering with many employers and industries to train both new and incumbent workers.

If you would like to know more about Tri-C's workforce training programs, or know of a company interested in exploring the possibility of a partnership, please feel free to contact us and we'll be sure to make that connection.

Sincerely,

Christopher Poston

Christoper Poston was a high school drop-out, but he quickly learned that wasn't going to get him very far in life.

"I dropped out of high school my senior year," explains Poston. "But after two years of fast food work, I decided to get my life on track... I got myself back in high school. And while working on my high school diploma, I also managed to knock out two semesters here at Tri-C."
