- Create a dancing jungle "Jungle Boogie" with Ms. Shayla at 4:30pm
- Listen to the fun sounds of The Jungle Book all day
- Storytime at 4:00

Do you remember this song/commercial? It was a favorite at our house and I bet that as soon as you saw this cute little kiddo you started singing, right? We're having good ol' bologna sandwiches for lunch on 10/18 so come out and play with us then enjoy a childhood favorite for lunch!

Pumpkins, Pumpkins, Pumpkins!

Wednesday, October 19 - Painting & Carving ALL DAY!
 We've got the pumpkins, the paint, the tools and the space - you just need to supply YOU! Bring your sweet little punkins (the kiddos!) for a good family time of pumpkin painting.
Pie size pumpkin painting is $3 or Large size pumpkin painting is $8.
If painting pumpkins is not your thing then feel free to carve your favorite family design. Pumpkin carving (one large pumpkin) is $10.

Almost Sleepover + Make a Difference Day!

Saturday, October 22 from 6:00-9:00pm
Drop your kiddos off with us for a fun time of doing something great for others, playing, karaoke, dinner & more! For Make a Difference Day we'll be joining the national "Almost Sleepover" and kids will participate in an activity to help others all while having a great time at the discovery center!
Come in your Pajamas and bring your favorite stuffed animal with you! The price for this event is as follows:
Members - $15 (each additional child is $10)
Non-members - $20 (each additional child is $15)

Did you say Paper Mache' Halloween Baskets?!

Wednesday & Thursday, October 26 & 27th at 4:30pm
 This 2 day activity is for our pre-registered guests and friend of the discovery center, Shayla Kelly, will teach children the fun art of paper mache'. Each child will leave having made his or her own Paper Mache' Halloween Basket.
This activity is for children ages 6 and above. The fee for this class is $10 for members and $12 for non-members. Please call 985-340-9150 or email us to register!
